Deposit Limits

Loss Limits
A loss limit prevents your account from incurring more than a specified amount of net losses within a chosen period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is paused until the period resets. Reducing an existing loss limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a mandatory waiting period for your protection.
How it works: If you set a weekly net loss limit of PKR 3,000 and your bets have lost that amount by Wednesday, b393 will prevent further real-money betting until the weekly reset. You can still review your account, check game history and contact support during this pause.
Session & Time Limits
Set a maximum continuous session duration. Once your session timer expires, you will receive a clear on-screen prompt and the system will log you out after a brief grace period. This is especially helpful during long PSL or ICC match days when it is easy to lose track of time spent on the platform.

Immediate Account Restriction
Your account is restricted within 24 hours of the request — typically much sooner. You will not be able to log in, deposit, wager or claim promotions during the exclusion period.
Marketing Suppressed
b393 will remove you from all promotional and marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. We will not contact you with bonus offers, event promotions or re-engagement campaigns.
Withdrawal of Available Balance
Any available balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion can be withdrawn. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable balance will be forfeited in line with the platform's terms.
Reinstatement Process
Reinstatement is only available after the full exclusion period has elapsed. You must submit a formal reinstatement request, which includes a mandatory reflection period before any reactivation is considered. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
