Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the registered or prospective user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and b393, the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://b393.cam (hereinafter the "Platform", "Site" or "b393").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by b393, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

b393 is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform primarily serving users in Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other regions. However, b393 does not represent itself as licensed or regulated by any Pakistani government authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial government body.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to b393 and the creation of a registered account is subject to the following eligibility criteria. Users who do not meet all applicable criteria are prohibited from registering or using the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater. b393 operates an adults-only platform. Users who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed and all funds returned subject to verification, or forfeited where fraud is determined.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by law. Users based in Restricted Jurisdictions, as determined by the Operator from time to time, are not eligible to register.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack the legal capacity to enter binding agreements are not eligible.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on b393. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and current. Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information will result in account termination.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded from b393 or subjected to mandatory exclusion by the Operator.

To access the full features of the b393 Platform, Users are required to complete the account registration process, which includes provision of personal information, acceptance of these Terms and successful completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Registration Process

• Users must provide a valid email address, a secure password and any other information required during the registration flow.
• Registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

4.2 KYC Verification

• All users are required to complete identity verification before making a withdrawal. KYC may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.
• Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address documentation may be required at the Operator's discretion.
• Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Never send documents via email or unencrypted chat.
• Users must not alter, obscure, falsify or tamper with any document submitted for verification purposes. Doing so constitutes fraud.

4.3 Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. b393 recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Users must notify b393 immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account.
• b393 will not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to secure their login credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

Users may set their account currency to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) during registration. Once set, the account currency cannot be changed. All displayed balances, bets, deposits and withdrawal amounts will reflect the selected account currency.

All bets placed on the b393 Platform are subject to the following rules and conditions. Users are responsible for understanding these rules prior to placing any wager.

5.1 Placement of Bets

• A bet is considered accepted only when the Platform has confirmed acceptance and issued a bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed are not binding.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of bets before confirming placement. b393 is not obligated to cancel or reverse bets placed in error by the User.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and may vary. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• b393 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion, including for Users with a sustained positive expected value against the Operator.

5.2 Odds & Settlement

• Odds displayed are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• In-play odds reflect real-time market movements and may differ significantly from pre-match odds. In-play bets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and other sports are subject to the respective sport's in-play settlement rules.
• In the event of manifest errors in displayed odds (e.g., clearly incorrect pricing due to technical fault), b393 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and refund stakes.
• Dispute resolution regarding bet settlement must be submitted to support within seven (7) days of the event outcome.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: event abandonment, participant withdrawal prior to the event commencing, technical errors, or where the Operator determines that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets result in a return of the original stake only.

b393 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. Users must read and accept these terms before claiming any bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses and registration bonuses are available to new, first-time registered accounts only. One bonus per household, IP address or device applies.
• b393 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to registration of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, use of bonus funds in excluded markets, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for real money except upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

7.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and available in the Platform's cashier section. Unapproved payment methods may be returned and the deposit not credited.
• Deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account investigation or closure.
• Payment method availability for Pakistani users may include references to familiar local payment rails; however, actual availability depends on the Operator's current cashier integrations and the policies of individual payment providers. Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar payment names only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with b393 or online gambling.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.

7.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification prior to processing. Accounts that have not completed verification may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, the Operator may request alternative methods at its discretion.
• Processing times vary by payment method, bank, operator processing schedule and the User's verification status. b393 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
• b393 reserves the right to carry out additional security and compliance checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may delay processing by up to five (5) business days in exceptional circumstances.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and the Operator's AML compliance policies.

7.3 Currency

Users who have set their account to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) will see all transaction amounts displayed in PKR. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility. The Operator uses exchange rates at the time of transaction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b393 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documents, or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform while under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account in the same name or for the same individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate the outcome of games, share information for unfair advantage, or otherwise act in bad faith.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms, including registration of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or use of bonuses in a manner intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Automated Systems: Use of bots, scripts, software or automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime. b393 is required to report suspicious activity under applicable AML obligations.
• Error Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks with a payment provider while retaining the deposited funds or associated winnings.

All content published on the b393 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, software, audio clips, data compilations and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, constitutes the intellectual property of b393 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of b393.
• The b393 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b393, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

• b393 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. Temporary outages for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may occur.
• b393 is not responsible for losses arising from a User's failure to secure their account credentials, use of public or shared devices, or failure to log out of their account.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• b393 shall not be liable for any taxation obligations arising from a User's gambling winnings. Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
• Nothing in this clause limits b393's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

b393 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of time.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Engagement in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8.
• Self-exclusion request by the User in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring the Operator to restrict access.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the User via an approved payment method, subject to completion of applicable compliance checks. b393 reserves the right to withhold balances where fraud or prohibited conduct is under investigation.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not relieve the User of obligations incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the b393 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or holds its primary operating licence, as applicable.

b393 is not incorporated or licensed in Pakistan and does not operate under Pakistani gambling legislation. Disputes will be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. If a resolution is not reached internally, disputes may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the Operator's licensing authority.

• Users must first submit a formal complaint to b393 support, clearly describing the nature and basis of the dispute.
• b393 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of acknowledgement.
• Where the complaint relates to a specific bet or game result, the User must provide the bet reference number, event details and the basis for the dispute.

b393 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users, which may include displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or sending an email to the registered address on file.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications or formatting changes that do not affect the substance of the Terms) may be made at any time without specific notification to Users.
